“Our Professional Land Surveyor’s have 50 years experience providing
Land Surveying services to the public sector.”
Boundary Surveys - Cox Land Surveying provides boundary and retracement surveys to determine the location of landlines and the perimeter of tracts of land situated within the border’s of the State of Illinois. Our crew spends an extreme amount of time investigating and searching for evidence that guides the Land Surveyor to the solution to each boundary. Each survey crew is equipped with RTK GPS and Nikon Total Stations to collect data to be reviewed by one of our Professional Land Surveyors. After the boundary of a tract has been determined, our office provides a “Plat of Survey” along with a legal description of the tract surveyed. At the conclusion of the boundary survey, permanent survey markers are placed at each corner of the tract for future reference.
